The easiest way to make a payment at any time, that's safe and secure is online via My Account. All you'll need is the booking reference, the postcode and surname of the person who made the booking. The debit and credit cards that we accept are Switch, Delta, Visa and MasterCard; to make a payment online please click here.
You can also call us on 0330 100 6657 where you’ll be able to use our automated payment system. Please have the booking reference, arrival date, surname and date of birth of the person who made the booking and the amount you need to pay to hand.
You can also pay by cheque or Postal Order. Cheques and Postal Orders should be payable to Butlin's Skyline Ltd and sent to: Butlin's Payments, 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL. Please note that cheques are not valid for bookings starting within 21 days. Please remember that if you make a booking within 21 days of your arrival date, you’ll need to take the payment card used with you on your break.
Tesco Vouchers can be used as payment towards Butlin's breaks, but can only be applied to new bookings. For more information on Tesco vouchers please click here.,
If you are booking your holiday within 8 weeks of arrival for a Family break or 12 within weeks of arrival for one of our Live Music Weekends, the full payment will be required at the time of booking. If your booking is further in advance, we also offer a new more convenient way to pay for your Butlin's break called Autopay. To find out more about Autopay please click here.
