The easiest way to make a payment at any time, that's safe and secure is online via My Account. All you'll need is the booking reference, the postcode and surname of the person who made the booking. Please remember that if you make a booking within 21 days of your arrival date, you’ll need to take the payment card used with you on your break.
If you are booking your holiday within 8 weeks of arrival for a Family break or 12 within weeks of arrival for one of our Live Music Weekends, the full payment will be required at the time of booking. If your booking is further in advance, we also offer a new more convenient way to pay for your Butlin's break called Autopay. To find out more about Autopay please click here.
Please note: from 1st January 2020, any payments that are made over the phone with a member of our team will be subject to a £3 administration charge.
