How can I amend my details?
It's easy to update your address, simply login to your Butlin's online account by clicking here. Once you have logged in, click on the 'My Details' tab and then click modify. If you currently have a break booked with us you'll need to contact our friendly team to reset your details.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, visit butlins.com/myaccount and click on the forgotten password link. You will be then sent an e-mail within 24 hours which will contain a link to reset your password. The link is only valid for 4 hours from the time it was issued. If the link has now expired, simply return click here to repeat the steps again.
