When does my break start?
You can arrive on resort anytime from 1:00pm on your day of arrival (please check your booking confirmation) and start having fun straight away with entertainment starting as soon as you arrive. Our friendly team are on hand to help you check in at your allotted check in time; please note that you will not be able to check in until the time displayed on your confirmation. Please plan your travel accordingly. If you're running late don't worry! Our resort safety team will be able to check you in whenever you arrive.
When it comes to check in please bring your confirmation form with you to the Caravan Village Reception. We ask that only one member of your party comes to check in to collect your welcome pack; this is where you'll receive keys, passes and directions to your accommodation.
The fun starts as soon as you arrive on resort, so why not leave your luggage in your car until your accommodation is ready and take a dip in the pool, enjoy our fairground or get to know the resort.
What time do I have to check out of my accommodation?
You should check out by 10:00am on the morning of departure; keys must be returned to the caravan reception. Should the reception be closed when you leave you can leave them in our key deposit box which is located at the front of the Caravan Village Reception.
Can I add an extra person to my booking?
Yes, and any changes made to your booking must be made through the caravan owner that you have booked your accommodation with. Please note that there will be an amendment charge to any bookings that have already been submitted. Only the guests on the booking form may occupy the caravan accommodation. Please refer to the full terms and conditions for further information.
Can I add a dining package to my booking?
Unfortunately you can't pre book meal plans if you've booked with a private caravan owner; however upon arrival you can pop over to your chosen restaurant and speak to one of our team. They'll be more than happy to help with your requirements.
Do you have a hire shop?
Yes; our hire shop is located on the main resort and has a great range of items to hire such as: mobility scooters, irons, highchairs and much more. You can reach the hire shop directly by calling them on: 01754 614408.
What if I have a problem with my accommodation?
As your accommodation is booked with a private caravan owner we suggest contacting the owner that you have booked with; they'll be happy to assist you.
If you are experiencing problems with contacting them, please speak with the caravan reception who will try and assist you; please be aware that as the accommodation is privately owned, we cannot take any action without the owner's consent.
Will I be able to park next to my accommodation?
Parking bays are available next to the caravan accommodation; however in some areas the parking bays are located a few minutes away from the caravan. For more information please contact the caravan owner you've booked with as they can confirm this for you.
How can I find out more about the entertainment available?
To help you make the most of your break we'll post a planner with all of the dates, times and locations of our shows and activities 48 hours before you arrive online. You'll also receive the entertainment guide when you arrive to start planning your fun.
What if I need to cancel my break?
Please contact the private caravan owner who will be able to advise you on their cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to offer protection against unexpected circumstances that would result in cancellation.
