All of our guests are welcome to join us on resort from 1:00 pm and you will be sent an email closer to your break date to choose your arrival time. You can start having fun straight away - don't forget to pack your swimming kit separately so you can enjoy Splash Waterworld.

What will I receive before I arrive?
Your pre-arrival and what's on guides will be sent to you via e-mail before you arrive so keep an eye out for them in your inbox. If not received please check your junk mail, as PDF's will be attached and not all systems will allow access to your inbox.
Can I check in at an earlier time?
Unfortunately we do not offer earlier check in times, see times per accommodation above.
What's the latest I can check in?
If you won't be arriving to resort until a little later please don't worry, our team at the main entrance will have your welcome pack and can check you in at any time.
Please Note: For any bookings made or paid for within 21 days of arrival, the lead guest must produce the payment card used for the payment prior along with a form of photo identification to be able to check in on resort.
