Yes, you will need to being either your passport or Drivers Licence with you to be able to check in.
If you do not have either of the above, please contact our customer care team on 0330 102 5296 for further guidance. We may be able to accept another form of ID such as a photographic work ID as long as it is accompanied by a payslip, our team can discuss options with you.
Please share this information with your whole booking party before you travel. To speed things up please ensure that every individual in the booking has their passport or driving licence out of their bags etc with a booking ref number ready to show on arrival.
