Each key card is inserted into the door via an arrow, the lock will go green and you will be able to enter. If your key card flashes red in the lock or doesn't work please contact us on the number in your Welcome Pack and we'll come to you with a replacement key card, to get you into your accommodation and enjoying your break as quickly as possible.
