We are unable to discuss any part of a break with anyone other then the lead guest. This simply makes sure that we are following our Terms and Conditions; along with GDPR.

If you returned from your holiday over 28 days ago, it is hoped you will appreciate that we are unable to carry out a full investigation into your comments. We ask our guests to write to us within 28 days of returning from their holiday; as noted in our Terms and Conditions. We unfortunately will be unable to investigate any complaints outside of the 28 days.
